Frequently Asked Questions
- 01All of our swimming coaches are certified by Singapore Sports Council (SSC) and National Registry Of Coaches (NROC). Therefore are qualified to conduct lessons under the SwimSafer programme. In addition, each of our coaches also have a valid Standard First Aid certificate as required by Sport Singapore.
- 02Yes, we do a paid trial. Feel free to contact us for more info.
- 03We keep our group swimming lessons to a maximum of 10 students per class, ensuring each swimmer receives sufficient attention, guidance, and a better overall learning experience.
- 04Fees are paid in advance, per month. Payment can be done via UEN transfer, PayNow, PayLah or Google Pay. An official receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
- 05The swim coaches will assess the weather beforehand. Swim lessons are allowed and will continue under light rain. When lessons have to be cancelled, replacement lessons will be arranged at a mutually agreeable time. Please note that if the coach has already commenced travel to the lesson location, the session will be counted as a lesson.
- 06SwimSafer is a national water safety programme developed to raise the standard of swimming proficiency in Singapore created specially for children below 16 years old. This is the only programme recognised by all schools, institutions and water-related sports (e.g. kayaking, scuba diving) in Singapore. For more details, you can visit swimsafer.com.sg.
